Refund Policy

Not for you? Email us within 14 days of any purchase — Pro, Lifetime, or an unused credit pack — and Margin Ops refunds it in full, no questions.

Credits already spent are not refundable (they cost us real money when premium narration or an AI summary is generated), but the unused remainder of a pack is.

Refunds land on the original payment method within 5-10 business days via Stripe.
