Not for you? Email us within 14 days of any purchase — Pro, Lifetime, or an unused narration pack — and Margin Ops, LLC refunds it in full, no questions.

Narration hours already consumed are not refundable (they cost us real money the moment audio is generated), but the unused remainder of a pack is.

Refunds land on the original payment method within 5-10 business days via Stripe.
